Weight Loss Journal: Day 18

Hello there lovely people!
The weekend is over and tomorrow starts a glorious new week! For us we are starting our first day of school and having a play date at the water park!
Today was an awesome day! We went to a huge Lego convention and it's Sunday sooo ... Smoothie King had their $6 smoothies!!

Here is how Day 18 went!

Workouts:
JUST DO IT SUNDAY! Today I headed outdoors in the humidity and hit the ground running.
I completed 3.11 miles and I added another achievement to my Nike profile!

Meals:
Breakfast/Lunch- Smoothie King Gladiator 
Dinner- House salad w/ chicken
Snack- Greek Yogurt
Snack- Sweet pickle
  Today our schedule was pretty hectic (again) but we enjoyed our adventure! Check back this week for a post on our time at Brick Fest! 
Goals:
Drink more water
Fully prep for the week
