Quick Killer Workouts!
If you are like me, then you have very limited time to hit the gym. Between homeschooling, cooking, cleaning and everything else in this thing called life, I have to fight myself to make time to workout. Thankfully I found a new gym that has sooo many classes to choose from that being motivated to hit the gym is nearly automatic.
But not everyone can go to the gym at any given time or for every class that they love. So I decided to share a few of my "go to" quick workouts that you can do at home and that will make you sweat! Enjoy!
